At The Flag Guys®, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below to determine eligibility and understand the return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or personalized flags (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
  • Flags that have been used, flown outdoors, or exposed to weather.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • No restocking fee applies if the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • The Flag Guys® is not liable for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
  • Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Flagpole Return Policy

At The Flag Guys®, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your flagpole purchase, please review the policy below to determine eligibility and how to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Flagpole Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hrs of the delivery date.
  • Flagpoles must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • All parts and hardware must be included and in like-new condition.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Flagpoles that have been installed, show signs of use, or have been damaged during installation are not eligible for return.
  • Custom-cut or modified flagpoles cannot be returned.
  • Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by improper handling or customer misuse.

Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible flagpole returns.
  • This fee will be deducted from your total refund.
  • Restocking fees do not apply if the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Flagpoles must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured freight carrier, especially for large or heavy poles.
  • The Flag Guys® is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please inspect your flagpole immediately upon delivery.
  • Report any shipping damage or incorrect items immediately.
  • If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
  • Be sure to keep all original packaging, as it may be required for shipping damage claims.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The refund amount will reflect deductions for any restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
