Custom Digital Printed Flags

Thanks to modern digital printing technology, creating custom flags has never been easier or more affordable.

In the past, small-run custom flags had to be sewn or embroidered. Complex designs with detailed artwork could cost hundreds of dollars, and even then, they couldn’t achieve the smooth color blends and fine detail that digital printing allows today.

Now, you can order small-quantity custom flags (even just one) at a fraction of the old cost. With the right artwork, we can produce vibrant, professional-looking flags with crisp detail and accurate color.

All you need to provide is properly formatted vector artwork, and we’ll take care of the rest.

To produce your custom flag accurately, we require computer-generated vector artwork created to the following specifications:

✔ Artwork must be in vector format, preferably created in Adobe Illustrator
✔ Files should include the complete design with all colors, fonts, and linked elements
✔ Fonts must be converted to outlines (vectorized)
✔ Files should be saved in RGB color mode for the best color range
✔ Pantone (PMS) color numbers are strongly recommended for solid colors
✔ PMS numbers must be included directly in the file
✔ Accepted file formats: .ai, .eps, or high-quality .pdf

Please also include a JPEG version of your artwork for office reference and email proofing.

Design Options*

Single/Reverse Print : Your design reads correctly on the front and appears in reverse on the back. This is ideal for most applications.

Double-Sided Print : Your design is readable on both sides of the flag. Perfect for storefronts, indoor displays, or anywhere visibility from both directions is important.
